Privacy Policy

When a member creates an account, we collect an email address and authentication information needed to sign in. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are not stored in readable form by Realodex.

Members choose what to publish in their directory profile, which may include name, brokerage, license information, phone number, email address, website, photos, logo, biography, specialties, and service areas. Published profile information is publicly visible on the directory. Information a member marks as private, or that we use only for account administration, is not published.

If you send a message through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, the market you mentioned, and your message so we can respond. Messages are stored in our database and emailed to our support address.

To give members a basic picture of how their listing is performing, we record directory activity events such as profile views, appearances in search results, and clicks on a profile's contact, website, phone, or email links. These events are associated with the member profile involved, not with an identified consumer.

Paid memberships are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Stripe collects and processes card details directly. Realodex does not receive or store raw credit card numbers. We retain subscription information such as plan, status, billing period, renewal dates, and payment success or failure so we can manage your membership.

We send members transactional emails related to their account, such as welcome messages, profile status updates, billing notifications, and renewal reminders. We may also reply to messages you send us.

We use browser storage and cookies that are necessary for the site to function, primarily to keep members signed in. We do not use them to build advertising profiles.

We rely on third-party providers to operate Realodex, including our hosting and database provider, our email delivery provider, and Stripe for payments. These providers process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services.

We use the information described above to operate the directory, publish member profiles, authenticate accounts, process memberships, respond to inquiries, provide profile activity reporting to members, maintain security, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.

We keep account, profile, and subscription records for as long as an account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting, and record-keeping needs. Contact form messages are retained until they are no longer needed for support purposes.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls that restrict member data to the account owner and authorized administrators. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Members can review and update their profile information at any time from the member dashboard, and may cancel a membership or request account deletion by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete personal information; contact us and we will respond as required by applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted on this page.
