Terms of Use

Realodex is an independent online directory that allows consumers to search for real estate professionals by specialty and location, and allows real estate professionals to publish a profile describing their experience, specialties, and service areas. Realodex provides an informational listing platform only.

Realodex is not a real estate brokerage, is not licensed to provide real estate brokerage services, and does not offer real estate advice. Realodex does not list, market, buy, sell, lease, or negotiate real property, and does not participate in real estate transactions.

Using Realodex does not create an agency, employment, partnership, joint venture, or fiduciary relationship between Realodex and any consumer or any listed professional. Listed professionals are independent and are not employees or agents of Realodex. Any agreement a consumer enters into with a real estate professional is solely between those parties.

Members must provide accurate registration information and keep their account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Realodex does not independently guarantee or warrant the licensing status, credentials, certifications, professional designations, experience, transaction history, specialties, service areas, or other information provided by members or displayed in member profiles. Members are responsible for ensuring that all information they submit is accurate, current, lawful, and not misleading, and that they are authorized to use any professional titles, credentials, certifications, designations, trademarks, or other representations included in their profiles. Consumers should independently verify any information they consider relevant before engaging a real estate professional, including following the steps outlined in "How to Verify an Agent's License" below.

Members retain ownership of the content they submit and grant Realodex a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the directory. Members are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of what they publish, including photos, logos, biographies, and marketing claims.

Members represent that they hold all licenses required to practice real estate in the markets they serve and that they are authorized to use any professional titles, association memberships, certifications, or designations they display. Realodex does not assign, issue, verify, or grant any professional credential or designation.

Realodex does not verify that any member holds a current or valid real estate license. If a member chooses to display a license state or number on their profile, that information is self-reported and should be checked independently.

To verify a real estate license, we suggest the following steps:

• Visit the website of the state real estate commission or licensing board for the state where the agent practices.
• Use the commission's public license lookup tool, if one is available, and search by the agent's name or license number.
• Confirm that the license is active, is in good standing, and covers the type of real estate services the agent is offering.
• Contact the state licensing authority directly if you have questions or cannot find the agent's record.

Taking a moment to verify licensing independently can help you feel confident before reaching out to any agent you find through Realodex.

The Realodex name, logo, site design, and original content are owned by Realodex and may not be used without permission. Third-party names, marks, and designations that appear in member-submitted content belong to their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by Realodex.

Realodex offers paid membership plans billed monthly or annually. Fees, features, and plan terms are described at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor; subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current rate until cancelled. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Founding Member offers are limited-time promotions available to a limited number of early members. Promotional pricing or complimentary periods apply only for the stated duration; afterwards, the membership converts to the standard rate for the selected plan unless cancelled beforehand. Realodex may modify or end the promotion for future members at any time.

Members may cancel at any time from the member dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which the profile is removed from the public directory.

Realodex may edit, suspend, or remove any profile or account that we believe is inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, infringing, or otherwise in violation of these Terms, with or without notice.

You agree not to scrape, harvest, or bulk-download directory data; misrepresent your identity or credentials; submit unlawful, harassing, discriminatory, or infringing content; interfere with the operation or security of the site; or use the directory to send unsolicited commercial messages.

Realodex makes no guarantee of leads, inquiries, traffic, transactions, income, or any other business result from a membership or listing. Directory performance varies by market, specialty, and individual effort.

Inclusion in the directory is not an endorsement, recommendation, certification, or guarantee of any professional. Consumers are solely responsible for evaluating, interviewing, and selecting any real estate professional they choose to contact, and for verifying licensing and any other information relevant to their decision. See "How to Verify an Agent's License" above for practical guidance.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Realodex will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or business opportunities, arising out of your use of the site or your dealings with any professional or consumer found through it.

Realodex may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms; the updated version becomes effective when posted, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
